From the forty four villages of Zante most are developed having maintained their traditional color.The tourism was developed progressively and the sensitivity of residents for the environment did not leave the enormous complexes to drown the natural beauties of the island.The whole of coast line of the island is magical, full of bights and beaches.The gulf of Lagana, important pole of attraction, is extended between two green capes, in the euphoric field of the island, between olive groves and grape vines, with its endless sandy beach, assembles the biggest summer attraction.In the extensive beach of Lagana are answered also the marine turtle Caretta – Caretta.
